Job Opportunity:

The ESS & Mechanical Team at Lorien is seeking a technical administrator to provide varied administrative support to the environmental and mechanical engineers within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating and updating technical documentation such as calibration specifications and proving documents.
  • Processing of facility documentation including configuration control and external visitor paperwork.
  • Assisting in periodic competency monitoring checks on engineering certification documentation.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of configuration control and asset management principles and systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to generate technical material.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous but not essential.

About the Role:

This is a long-term contract opportunity based in Bolton, working fully on site. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical administration support to the ESS & Mechanical Team to ensure programmes are met to agreed time, cost, and quality requirements.
