Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and understand welding symbols as detailed on WPS and Engineering Drawings
  • Read and understand all manufacturing instructions prior to commencing an operation, including Machine and Tooling Set Up Packs, Engineering Drawings, Data Cards, Inspection Plans, etc.
  • Carry out in-process inspection in accordance with requirements to ensure that components are conforming prior to passing on to subsequent operations
  • Ensure that components identified as non-conforming during in-process inspection are identified and communicated in accordance with the Non-Conformance Procedures

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications: Demonstratable TIG welding experience and skills.

Working Hours: 39 hours per week, night shift, Monday to Wednesday from 16:00 to 02:00, and Thursday from 16:00 to 01:00.

Salary: £19.99 per hour, £40,539.72 per annum, or £20.56 per hour, £41,695.68 per annum.
