Piping Designer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Piping Designer to join our Engineering Team and contribute to cutting-edge projects in the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating piping design deliverables, 3D models, and drawings using AutoCAD and Bentley software.
  • Interfacing with Piping Engineers to streamline pipe stress analysis iterative design.
  • Interpreting vendor equipment drawings for integration into CAD models.
  • Developing plant layout, skid structure, and pipework arrangement 3D models and producing output drawings/documents.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience working in a relevant CAD role producing high-quality 3D piping models, plant layout, and piping isometric drawings.
  • Commercial design astuteness and appreciation of the practical impact of design decisions.
