Experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our multidisciplinary clinical team at Vets4Pets Colchester Advanced Veterinary Practice, RCVS Accredited Small Animal Hospital.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to work in a brand new, modern Small Animal Hospital equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including CT, endoscopy, ICU unit, and high-specification patient wards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of outstanding pet healthcare.
  • Work collaboratively with a fun-loving and expanded team of 21 RVN and SVN's and 18 Vets with various postgraduate certificates and advanced certificates in orthopedic surgery and medicine.
  • Participate in a diverse caseload with plenty of exposure to routines as well as advanced 2nd opinion and emergency work.
  • Enjoy a flexible rota designed around your specific circumstances, with the option of varied shift types across different departments within our hospital.
  • Benefit from a fantastic, highly efficient, and friendly support team of practice managers and client care advisors.
  • Enjoy a competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000, depending on your level of experience, and a range of benefits, including life assurance, pension scheme, and paid RCVS and BVA memberships.
  • Take advantage of enhanced annual leave of 28 days, including bank holidays, rising to 33 days, including bank holidays, after 2 years' service.
