Job Title: HGV Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV driver to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and waste in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report to the Business Services Manager or designated officer
  • Ensure vehicles are road-worthy before, during, and after each shift
  • Carry out safety checks as detailed in the driver's log books
  • Complete driver's log books fully and truthfully
  • Report defects and accidents immediately
  • Carry out tasks as assigned, including loading of goods, waste, and other items
Requirements:
  • A full, clean Class 1 or Class 2 heavy goods vehicle license for LGV drivers
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a cleaning, grounds maintenance, waste management, or related work environment as a driver/LGV driver
  • Availability to work immediately or at short notice
  • Right to work in the UK
