Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Bid Writer to join our People and Operations Practice. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and Account Managers to manage commercial opportunities and develop winning written proposals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate bid opportunities against company criteria and prioritize bids based on strategic alignment, potential profitability, and company capability.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop bid responses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
  • Track bids in progress, outlining potential risks and benefits, and collate feedback for improvement.
  • Participate in bid strategy sessions to understand client requirements and competitive landscapes.
  • Contribute to the development of written proposals and presentations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A strong degree in any discipline, particularly where analyzing information and developing written conclusions is a significant part of the syllabus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to write reports, proposals, and dissertations.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze and condense large amounts of information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
