About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Manager to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As a key member of our small business, you will play a crucial role in driving the continuous improvement of our company website and planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an effective e-commerce strategy for our company website
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email, and social media
  • Manage and update our company's social media channels
  • Work with our SEO agency to drive increased organic growth and activity
  • Utilize analytical skills to evaluate customer experience and implement improvements
  • Liaise with external suppliers on website and marketing projects
  • SOURCE and add new products to the website from external suppliers
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Requirements
  • Proven track record of generating results
  • Experience managing and communicating with external agencies
  • Experience in implementing SEO strategies
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
  • Experience in all elements of digital marketing, including social media management and advertising, email marketing, content marketing, etc.
  • Experience in using data to drive decision-making – analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in various digital marketing software, including Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Attention to detail
  • Commercially minded
  • Excellent command of written English

  • Experience with Shopify
  • Experience with DatoCMS
  • Experience sourcing B2B products
