Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Leeds Bradford Airport is a dynamic and growing regional airport, welcoming over 4 million passengers annually. We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various roles at LBA, with a focus on peak recruitment for Aviation Security Officers.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through diverse sourcing methods.
  • Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough background checks and vetting processes for all candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of vetting and screening results.
  • Assist in the planning and organisation of assessment centres for potential hires.
  • Facilitate assessment activities and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of assessment centres.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programmes for key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
  • Prepare and manage recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with a background in high-volume recruitment.
  • Assessment centre and interview experience, with the ability to present confidently and effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and first-class onboarding processes.
  • Administrative skills, with a willingness to support HR Admin duties.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, with excellent skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Requirements for the Role:

  • A 5-year checkable work history.
  • Continuous residence in the UK for over 3 years.
  • A basic DBS check and a CTC check.
