We are seeking a full-time Assistant Psychologist to join the Stroke Clinical Psychology Team in Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB). The team is part of a major redevelopment of stroke services in the region, offering a unique opportunity to work with therapy and medical colleagues in clinical service provision.
Main DutiesThe role includes direct clinical work, supporting multi-disciplinary colleagues, training, and assisting the Head of Service with service-related research and audit. The successful candidate will be passionate about improving clinical care for individuals affected by stroke and have a strong interest in clinical neuropsychology.
Desirable skills include experience and/or interest in neurological conditions, working within multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams, completing neuropsychological assessments, and implementing psychological approaches to support adjustment.
