Job Description:

We are a leading construction company, specializing in delivering complex projects across various sectors. We are seeking an experienced Construction Management Lead to join our team and lead our projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of project managers, engineers, and architects to achieve project goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, civil engineering).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in project management software, and knowledge of construction laws and regulations.
