Meridian Business Support: Oncology Nurse Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading clinical homecare company to recruit an Oncology Nurse to support patients in their homes within the M25 region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN to join our oncology division, working as part of a wider team who care for 100,000 patients each year.

Oncology Nurse Requirements:
  • Formal Oncology qualifications or SACT passport
  • In-house Oncology training to administer SACT, cannulation, and venepuncture competency
  • Ability to display a high level of care and empathy to help patients achieve their goals and regain independence
  • Full UK driving license essential for extensive travelling between patients

As an Oncology Nurse, you will be responsible for supporting patients with bloods, toxicity assessments, IV chemotherapy, oral chemotherapy, pump disconnections, line care, IM/SC injections, and patient training.
