We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 teacher to join our supportive team at Wayman Learning Trust in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to students, assessing their progress, and providing timely feedback.

**About the Role:**

  • To plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to different learning styles and promote academic growth.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with experience in Year 4.
  • A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for education and commitment to inspiring and motivating students.

**What We Offer:
