Maintenance Operative - Essential Responsibilities:
- Carry out all general maintenance tasks and basic repairs, including electrical, plumbing, joinery, and building tasks both inside and outside the home.
- Support new residents in arranging their room as they wish.
- Ensure routine re-decoration is undertaken as required to maintain high standards.
- Advising on the supply and quality of items used to carry out tasks, ensuring timely and appropriate ordering of replacement goods.
- Provide out-of-hours emergency service, participating in the on-call rota.
Please note: this role requires a DBS Disclosure check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
