About the Opportunity

University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Co-ordinator to join our paediatric cardiac surgery team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for coordinating theatre bookings, managing waiting lists, and providing administrative support to our consultants.

Responsibilities
  • Utilise trust systems to manage patient communications and create relevant documents.
  • Monitor and validate waiting list data to inform resource allocation decisions.
  • Coordinate theatre sessions to meet the needs of our consultant teams and patients.
Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Business and Administration Level 3 NVQ or equivalent experience.
  • Effective IT skills, including Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

We offer a salary range of £24,500 - £28,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for career advancement and professional development within our Trust.
