About The Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious graduate to join our project management team in Plymouth. As a project management graduate, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of projects from start to finish, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, and developing your skills and knowledge through our industry-leading APC programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project managers in the delivery of projects, including planning, coordination, and monitoring
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues
  • Conduct individual study and research to achieve chartered surveyor status

Training and Progression

We offer a comprehensive training and development programme, including:

  • Structured RICS APC programme
  • Mentorship from an experienced colleague
  • Training sessions with an external APC coach
  • Quarterly assessments
  • Coaching in soft skills
  • Individual face-to-face and telephone support

Post-APC Programme Development

Once you gain chartership, you can join our formal development programme, which focuses on commerciality, leadership, and business development.
