Safety First

As a Waterfront Guardian, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers during operating hours. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate chemical readings, enforcing all pool rules, and providing exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For
  • A current CPR/AED/O2/First Aid certification.
  • Successful completion of the Y in Central Maryland swim test.
  • A flexible schedule and ability to work with diverse populations.
Compensation and Benefits
