We are now searching for a talented HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will work in a highly collaborative environment to implement business improvements and drive recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and supporting various HR processes to align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Develop Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage Recruitment Process: Source, screen, and interview candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Talent Management: Fully manage the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and successful onboarding. Succession Planning and Development: Assist in developing and implementing succession planning and talent development programmes.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance management process, ensuring timely completion and quality feedback. Wellness and Recognition Programmes: Manage employee wellness and recognition programmes.
  • HR Strategy Implementation: Data-Driven Decisions: Collect and analyse data to provide insights for HR decision-making and support change management initiatives. Employee Relations: Assist in developing and implementing best practices, policies, and procedures to avoid employee relations issues.
  • Business Understanding: Workforce Planning: Participate in workforce planning discussions, providing relevant HR insights. Budget Management: Assist in managing the HR budget.
  • Learning and Development: Impact Measurement: Help measure the impact of L&D initiatives on employee performance. Employee records and data management. Payroll and benefits administration. Compliance and reporting. Employee support and communication.
