We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Anderselite, specializing in civil projects. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for compiling detailed estimates and proposals for our projects, particularly within the water sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed priced estimates for tenders, often based on an outline design.
  • Revise prices as required based on design iterations.
  • Compile a take-off and bill of quantities for work items on each scheme.
  • Identify risks and opportunities for each scheme, clarifying inclusions and exclusions.
  • Develop an initial program of works to support the project.

About the Client:

Our client is a successful civil engineering and utility services company based in Wakefield. They have a strong focus on the water industry, with projects encompassing general infrastructure and development initiatives.

Working Hours and Location:

The successful candidate will be based at our Head Office in Wakefield, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
