International Partnerships Manager

At Spotlight Recruitment, we're seeking a highly skilled International Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our education recruitment team, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the international school marketplace and leveraging relationships with education agents to drive student enrolment to our campuses in the UK and US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify key markets for growth opportunities and build effective business development/partnerships strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with education agents and consultancies for independent schools
  • Organise global webinars, student recruitment fairs, and overseas visits to schools and key partners
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Requirements:
  • Similar international partnerships experience within the education sector
  • Existing network of contacts with agencies and education consultancies
  • Excellent relationship building skills and presentation skills
