Construction Engineer Supervisor

AWE Plc is seeking a skilled Construction Engineer/Supervisor to support the Construction Manager in ensuring successful project planning and delivery. This role will involve supporting a significant forward build programme of new facilities and infrastructure.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with the Construction Manager to ensure installation works meet specified quality standards. They will maintain accurate site records, provide input to weekly reports, and assist in preparing pre-construction information such as SSOW/RAMS. Additionally, they will supervise and govern construction activities to maintain high standards in environmental, safety, health, security, and quality management.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have suitable technical and site experience within the build environment, with a proven track record in supervising construction work. A relevant industry standard qualification (e.g., NVQ level 3/4 or above) and membership of an appropriate professional institution are desirable. Good understanding of current construction Health, Safety, and Environmental Legislation/Regulations is essential.
