Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage supplier performance and conduct regular audits to ensure quality standards are met.
  2. Develop and implement supplier quality evaluation and control systems to drive continuous improvement.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve supplier quality issues.
  4. Conduct training and workshops for suppliers on quality standards and expectations.
  5. Prepare and present performance reports to the management team.

Requirements

  1. Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and supplier quality systems.
  4. Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects.
