Equipment Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Equipment Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of effective maintenance strategies.
The successful candidate will have excellent mechanical/electrical diagnostic skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities- Plan and execute maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with OEMs to resolve technical issues and improve equipment efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including overtime paid at 1.3 times the normal rate.
