Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Selly Oak Nursery.

As a Senior Room Leader with Busy Bees, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting the team by modelling your knowledge and best practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the nursery room team to ensure high-quality childcare and education
  • Support the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging and challenging activities for children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and teamwork
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of children, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and education
