Support Staff Member

We are currently recruiting for experienced Teaching Assistants to work across Key Stage 2 in Primary Schools based in Market Harborough and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and dedicated individual to support students and contribute to their educational development.
Job Description:
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Provide one-to-one support to students as needed
- Engage with students, staff, and parents through effective communication
Requirements:
- Level 2/3 Support Teaching or Learning qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong empathy and understanding of individual student needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility
- Relevant qualifications in education or teaching assistant role desirable
