Job Description

As a Travel Consultant at Hays Travel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our clients. Your primary goal will be to help customers plan and book their ideal holidays, leveraging your extensive product knowledge and excellent communication skills to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Assist with day-to-day branch operations, ensuring seamless delivery of holiday products and services

Experience:

  • Good sales and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with customers and deliver compelling sales pitches
  • Customer-focused, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Team player, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork to drive business success
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and precision
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • A recognized travel qualification, although not essential
