About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and registered Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy ward based team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply medication to patients
- Complete medicines reconciliation for newly admitted patients
- Provide medicines management support to wards
- Manage and process discharge prescriptions at ward level
- Complete accuracy checking at ward level and in designated slots within the dispensary

Requirements
- Qualified pharmacy technician with BTEC/NVQ3 in pharmaceutical sciences or recognized equivalent
- BTEC accuracy checking qualification or equivalent
- Current professional registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
