Synchro is proud to collaborate with the UK's leading provider of software solutions for student accommodation, events, and hospitality management. With a global client base, they support universities and large organizations in streamlining operations and enhancing engagement and service delivery.

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in React and extensive experience in full-stack development within a cloud-native environment. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, driving user-centered design and iterative development. Your role will be pivotal in delivering cutting-edge software solutions and ensuring their successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proficient in React, HTML, SQL, and MongoDB, with a focus on scalability and resilience.
  • Extensive experience in management and team leadership, promoting best practices in front-end and back-end development.
  • Expertise in AWS and cloud-native architectures, with a focus on scalability and resilience.
  • Deep understanding of customer usage patterns and the ability to shape the product roadmap through feedback and innovation.
  • Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures and experience with C# or Golang.
What We Offer

As a Lead Full Stack Software Developer at Synchro, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions. We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £75,000 and a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home in Milton Keynes.
