Job Title: Lead Low-Code Solutions Developer

An attractive compensation package of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum awaits a seasoned Senior Mendix Engineer to join our dynamic UK team. As part of our esteemed Low-Code team at Roboyo GmbH, you will have the opportunity to build and deploy applications and solutions that meet customers' requirements and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and organizing team activities, ensuring timely project delivery, delegating tasks, and managing capacity effectively.
  • Evaluating technical feasibility of business ideas and taking ownership of their development.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and the delivery team, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Developing and implementing scalable, high-performing solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for collaboration and driving results-oriented partnerships.
  • Designing and implementing innovative solutions in conjunction with the team, providing compelling demonstrations to clients, and ensuring alignment with Roboyo's architectural principles.
  • Establishing and tracking metrics to optimize team performance, measuring business agility in terms of predictability, reliability, and adaptability.
  • Liaising closely with client technical and business teams throughout the design, implementation, testing, and release phases, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
  • Mentoring and developing junior employees on application and implementation methodologies, promoting knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
  • Cultivating self-awareness and team awareness to facilitate continuous improvement in delivery services.
  • Pursuing opportunities to cross-sell other product lines and account expansion, including Automation and LEAN, Advisory, Automation Engineering, Process & Task Mining, Managed Services, or Converge.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least three years of hands-on experience in application development with Mendix, coupled with expertise in application-level architecting, designing, and development.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as .NET, C#, VBA, or Java.
  • Hold an Appian Lead Developer / Mendix Expert Credential, if applicable.
  • Experience with automation technologies like RPA, IDP, Conversational AI, etc., is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript, and REACT is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Service Design Methodology, UX/CX principles, and Product Owner role is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and social competence are essential for establishing and maintaining robust customer relationships.
  • Understanding of company processes, particularly process consulting, is desirable.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to client sites, as required.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Enhanced Security checks in the UK are a plus.
