About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Specialty Doctor to join our team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialty Doctor in Paediatrics, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

  • To provide effective clinical leadership to junior doctors and medical students, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • To undertake all work in accordance with the Trust's procedures and policies, maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
  • To conduct clinical practice in accordance with contractual requirements, working within the parameters of the Trust's and Operational Group's services plans.
  • To participate in consultant-led ward rounds, providing expert clinical advice and guidance to junior staff.
  • To attend clinics and maintain a high standard of first-class clinical service and care, ensuring continuity of service.
  • To contribute to the programme of post-graduate activities, medical students, and nursing staff within the department.
