About the Role

As a Group Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, including statutory accounting, consolidation, group management information, and reporting. Additionally, you will lead projects related to mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integrations, systems development, investor relations, operational analysis, and appraisal.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, preferably with a professional qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) and at least 3-4 years of post-qualified experience or exceptional Excel skills (VBA, Power BI, or modeling). The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to contribute to a team-focused environment and drive shared goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Statutory accounting, consolidation, and group management information
  • Project-based work on mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integrations, systems development, investor relations, operational analysis, and appraisal
