About the Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide educational support to students, helping them access lessons and activities. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure students receive the best possible education.

  • You will work one-to-one or in small groups with students, adapting your approach to meet their individual needs.
  • You will assist with behavior management, using positive reinforcement strategies to encourage good behavior.
  • You will monitor student progress, celebrating successes and making adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs is desirable but not essential; we provide training.
  • You must be willing to assist with personal care, with training provided.
  • Familiarity with Makaton, PECS, or AAC is a bonus.
  • You will need a flexible and positive approach to meet the needs of our students.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £85-£90 per day, paid weekly. As an employee of Future Education, you will also benefit from comprehensive training, opportunities for career development, and a supportive team environment.
