On-Site Equipment Specialist

BeBee Professionals, a leading provider of technical services, is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Folkestone. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain equipment at customer locations, ensuring full functionality and optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Customer Support: Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation, ensuring they are comfortable and confident in using our products.
- Documentation and Reporting: Complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner, providing accurate and detailed information.
- Education and Experience: Degree or certification in Engineering or a related field, with proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to work with a variety of equipment and technologies.
