Job Title: Front of House Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Assistant to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer providing fresh and innovative food services to independent schools and colleges. As a Front of House Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food service presentation, leading by example, and ensuring high standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent food service presentation and be a role model for your team
* Undertake training and monitor standards to ensure high-quality service
* Demonstrate a real passion for food and service, with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve excellent customer service and food quality

Requirements:

* Ideally have experience working within education catering
* Good Health and Safety knowledge
* Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer-focused, and fun to work with
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a team and enjoy succeeding as a team
