Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Director to lead our manufacturing team in delivering high standards of food safety and quality. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced environment and understanding retailer expectations.

  • About the Role:
  • Pro-actively manage Health & Safety within the operation
  • Lead and drive standards of quality, food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping through Good Manufacturing Practice (G.M.P.)
  • Manage performance of teams and own training and development
  • Plan, organise, and measure labour and material requirements

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a food manufacturing environment and leading teams
  • Understanding of retailer expectations and how they impact our business
  • Ability to inspire and engage teams in a fast-paced environment
