Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct valuations for loan security, acquisitions, refinancing, and legal matters in line with RICS Red Book standards.
  • Build strong client relationships and grow your network through business development.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the leisure and hospitality property market.
  • Produce high-quality reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of valuation principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Passion for the leisure and hospitality property sector.
