On Line Group are seeking an experienced Pipework Contracts Manager to lead our Operations team in Grimsby. As the key point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for the overall direction of project lifecycles, ensuring consistency with company strategy and objectives.


You will play a vital role in retaining existing and developing new business opportunities to provide a continuous pipeline of revenue for the company.


Key Responsibilities:


The key duties of this post are as follows:



  • Provide clear direction on project quality requirements
  • Lead the planning and implementation of work scopes
  • Manage project budget and ensure accurate accounting and billing
  • Track project deliverables and manage project change
  • Provide direction and support to project teams and report progress
  • Assist in recruiting and managing specialists and sub-contractors
  • Produce risk assessments, method statements, and quality plans

Requirements:


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in piping fabrication and installation, with demonstrable experience of a similar role and a proven track record of securing new clients and managing client portfolios.
