Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet client needs and expectations.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective solutions.
  4. Mentor and develop junior designers to enhance their skills and expertise.
  5. Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities and grow existing client relationships.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
  2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant design firm environment.
  3. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  4. Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and other industry-standard software.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
