The One Group Ltd is pleased to be working with a leading Automotive company in the industry who boast a range of facilities and are seeking a Facilities Project Engineer to join their Facilities and Maintenance function on a permanent basis.

As a member of the facilities department, the team manages physical assets at the business locations around the world, including providing new buildings, test tracks, and equipment to support business growth.

The day-to-day duties include:

  • Collaborating with the facilities team on new building projects, upgrading facilities, and major maintenance initiatives
  • Managing capital expenditure budgets, including value engineering to ensure innovation and efficiency
  • Coordinating and supervising construction works on-site
  • Managing subcontractors and subject matter experts

Key requirements for the role include:

  • An interest in progressing a career within facilities management within a reputable company
  • Experience in facilities work, including infrastructure such as electrical systems, plant, and building services
  • Knowledge of construction trades
  • Project management skills
