Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented research analyst to join our Quant Academy rotational program. The successful candidate will learn concepts relevant to quantitative trading and develop a strong foundation in the financial industry. No prior experience in finance is required, but a passion for excellence is essential.

The Quant Academy Program will provide the candidate with broad training in financial industry expertise and the opportunity to rotate across various teams within the firm. During these rotations, the candidate will develop a variety of skills in a focused research environment and gain exposure to systematic trading approaches across multiple asset classes.

Requirements
  • Master's or Ph.D. in finance, computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or other quantitative discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research utilizing large data sets.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one of the following: Python, C++, MATLAB, R.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • A clear, concise, and proactive communication style.
  • A strong track record of taking ownership of one's work and working within a small team.
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion.
