Role Overview

The UK Enterprise Account Executive will report to the SVP of Sales UK and focus on generating new revenue through targeted accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise software and/or SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and working with targeted accounts throughout the entire buyer's journey. They must be able to comfortably engage with prospects at all levels, across multiple industries, using various mediums, including phone, email, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute a sales prospecting plan to penetrate target accounts and capture significant market share within identified industries.
  2. Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment.
  3. Sell on value and return on investment versus features and functions.
  4. Source new sales opportunities through creative outbound prospecting and limited inbound lead generation.
  5. BUILD relationships with key decision-makers across all accounts.
  6. Effectively deliver product demonstrations to prospects/customers to showcase value.
  7. Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects/customers to achieve desired business outcomes.
  8. Remain knowledgeable of company products/services to support prospect and customer needs.
  9. Drive event attendance for webinars, trade shows/conferences, executive dinners, and other events. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
  10. Passionately support our commitment to creating an outstanding experience for our prospects and customers.
  11. Disciplined use of Salesforce.com to record all communication with each lead, contact, and account.
  12. Work effectively with other team members and throughout the organization.
  13. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, or a technical discipline.
  2. 5+ years in an enterprise SaaS sales role in the Hospitality sector.
  3. Experience delivering product demonstrations to create value.
  4. Experience generating proposals.
  5. Experience using SalesForce and Google Suite for Business.
  6. Proven track record of quick learning and exceeding set goals.
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Organized, detail-oriented individual capable of meeting quarterly and annual results.
  9. Proven success in executing outbound targeted sales programs to achieve desired results.
  10. Experience engaging with prospects through social selling efforts.
  11. A team player who performs well independently.
  12. Must be a confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in an empowered, fast-paced environment.
