Kitchen Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at The Ballencrieff, a popular pub in Bathgate. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
- Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with stock management, ordering and management of supplies, and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
- Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve the kitchen's performance and lead the team to achieve company targets.
