About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Team Manager to join our team at Bakkavor Group. As a Production Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing and organizing a team of production staff to ensure the efficient and effective production of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality
* Ensure the highest levels of health and safety are met at all times
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
* Manage and control inventory levels to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a production management role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Good problem-solving and analytical skills
