Mental Health Team Lead Position in Supported Living

Servol Community Services, a reputable charity dedicated to providing high-quality support and accommodation for adults with mental health conditions and complex needs, is seeking two experienced Team Leaders to join our new supported living service in the London Borough of Sutton.
About the Role:
- This exciting opportunity will allow you to work closely with your team, delivering support sessions using a trauma-informed approach and leading the team to provide exceptional care.
- You will be responsible for managing and developing team skills, knowledge, and experience, ensuring they have the necessary tools to deliver outstanding support services.
- The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, as well as a qualification in Line Management or significant experience in this area.
- You will also require proven experience working with individuals who have comorbidities, including mental health conditions, Asperger's, Autism, drug and alcohol addictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality support services for vulnerable adults, conducting needs and risk assessments.
- Utilize a trauma-informed approach to support individuals with complex needs.
- Develop and maintain effective communication skills to convey information clearly.
- Possess practical experience with IT systems and email.
- Understand legislation and procedures for protecting vulnerable adults, as well as Health and Safety and risk management principles.

- A competitive salary of £24,400 per year (FTE: £30,500).
