We are seeking a detail-oriented EU Payroll Accountant to join our London-based finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full employee payroll process from preparation to monthly financial reporting for our client's subsidiaries across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the preparation, processing, and analysis of payroll for multiple countries within the EU
- Ensure all payroll information is recorded accurately and timely
- Compile key metrics relating to payroll for management reporting
- Manage relationships with payroll providers to ensure all deliverables are met
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure efficient payroll processes
- Assist in the development and implementation of new payroll procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and company requirements
- A solid educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong experience in a similar role, ideally within a multinational environment
- Extensive knowledge of EU payroll legislation and regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A competitive salary between £60,000- £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a vibrant, fast-paced work environment in the heart of Amsterdam. Opportunities for professional development and career progression are also available.
