As a QA Technologist, you will report directly to the site QA Team Manager. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring technical and quality assurance across the site, while supporting the daily management of the quality function. This involves maintaining food safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Food Safety: Perform tests and audits to ensure products comply with and exceed food safety regulations.
- Resolve Quality Issues: Identify and address potential risks to improve product quality and foster continuous enhancement.
- Uphold Quality Standards: Revise and implement quality assurance protocols to maintain the excellence of our brand's products.
- Analyze Quality Data: Utilize data analytics to track trends, optimize processes, and enhance product consistency.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to integrate quality at every manufacturing stage.

Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Food Hygiene and HACCP.
- Experience conducting internal audits.
- Previous experience in a technical role within food manufacturing is preferred.
- Quality Assurance qualifications are advantageous.
