About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, effective clinical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality clinical care that is evidence-based, safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive to patient needs.
  • Adhere to our values and beliefs at Nuffield Health, which include being enterprising, passionate, independent, and caring.
  • Monitor and maintain the standard of treatment provided, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Evidence of further professional training and continual professional development, reflecting a desire to develop as a practitioner.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with the general public and other healthcare professionals.
  • Manual therapy skills and the ability to demonstrate them effectively.
  • Competent IT user with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload effectively.
