Renewable Energy Specialist Opportunity at RSK Group
RSK Group, a leading renewable energy company, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team in Loch Lomond. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, to budget, and to customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to customer expectations.
- Health and Safety: Manage project H&S, ensuring RAMS are complete and followed, and H&S delivery happens.
- Financial Management: Ensure project financials are managed, including on-time accurate applications/billing, project cashflow management, and agreed client retentions.
- Cost Management: Ensure project Cost To Complete (CTC) are reviewed/reconciled and investigate variances.
- Contract Management: Check, review, and agree customer and supplier contract terms, ensuring no significant risks or issues.
- Time Management: Ensure PM time is allocated accurately and effectively to projects.
- Post-Implementation Review: Complete Post Implementation Review (PIR) for projects once closed out, report, and build on key learning for future.
Requirements:
- Electrical or Civil Engineering Degree: Electrical or Civil engineering degree qualified.
- Project Management Experience: Experience operating as a Project Manager/Engineer.
- PV Solar Systems Knowledge: Knowledge of PV solar systems.
- HSE Leadership Qualities: HSE leadership qualities.
- CDM Regulations: Fully aware of CDM regulations applicable to construction Projects.
- Project Risk Management: Project Risk Management and Control.
- Procurement Processes: Procurement processes and procedures including contracts and subcontract.
- Driving License: Full UK driving licence with own transport essential.
- CSCS/SSSTS/SMSTS: CSCS / SSSTS / SMSTS preferable.
