Job Description:

The Senior Financial Director will lead our financial strategy and management, overseeing the financial oversight of estates strategy and capital spending. This critical role requires a strong leader who can anticipate, strategize, plan, and communicate effectively to drive the organization's financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Director of Estates to ensure effective financial management of estates strategy and capital spending
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports to inform decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial legislation

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record in financial leadership and management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
