What Will You Do?

This is an important hire due to succession planning and taking over from a retiring partner. In this role, you will advise on a broad commercial property case load, including buying and selling property, lease work, and landlord portfolio management. You will also have the opportunity to work on site acquisition and development, advising on licenses, option agreements, and secured lending.

What Do You Need?

  • To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
  • Ideally, you should have at least 2 years' commercial property experience as a commercial property solicitor or legal executive
  • Local commercial property solicitors and legal executives are encouraged to apply, as well as those looking to relocate to Totnes
