Maintenance Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a leading manufacturing company in the food packaging sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of equipment and facilities, with a focus on safety, reliability, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform planned and reactive maintenance and repairs on machinery
* Respond to breakdowns quickly, fault-find, and identify root cause
* Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
* Support improvement projects and other initiatives
* Adhere to company policy and health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

* Apprenticeship Level 3 in Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical
* Maintenance experience in FMCG or manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, inverters, and PLCs
* Excellent fault-finding ability on electrical and mechanical systems
